So i bottled my first batch today. Everything seems to be going well. It's a blonde ale and i took a little taste and it didn't quite taste like beer yet but it didn't taste bad either. Hopefully the next 10 days will do the trick.  
 
I made sure to be very very thorough and sanitary. however i did do the bottling by myself and when i got into the process soon realized an extra set of hands would have been a huge help.  
 
Is there anything i should look for during the fermentation in the bottles? I know it should clear and form a sediment at the bottom. Anything else?
 
 
 
Also today was my first ttrip into the Red Salamander. It was great. They were kind and helped me with everything i needed and the prices were pretty good. I will definitely be going back for everything else i need.
